Making Tiles

Here is my basic workflow for making tiles for tables and wall hangings.

: Sometimes I will make a sketch before I roll out my tiles.

2014-02-26 10.37.46 — I either roll tiles out by hand or for bigger projects I use my slab roller.

Hellfire Raku-20140201-003 — I make some of my own raku glazes and also use commercial glazes.

Hellfire Raku-20140201-006 — ‘Feral rabbit’ One of my favorite glazes. ‘Raku Gold’ with a contrasting glaze for the head.
